Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of HireLucid. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.
The service
HireLucid provides AI-assisted interview screening and candidate practice. Scores and feedback are decision support intended to be used alongside human judgement; they are not a guarantee of any hiring outcome and must not be the sole basis for an employment decision.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
- Only upload candidate data you are lawfully permitted to process, and comply with applicable employment and data-protection law in your use of the assessments.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other organisations’ data, or reverse-engineer it.
Plans, billing & cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance via our payment processor on the cadence shown at checkout (monthly or annual; Candidate Pro has a 3-month minimum). You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices exclude VAT unless stated.
Data
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. For candidate data processed on your behalf, our Data Processing Agreement applies.
Availability & liability
We aim for high availability but provide the service “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes & termination
We may update these terms or the service; material changes will be notified. We may suspend or terminate access for breach. You may stop using the service at any time.
